In Between

my last week at work was very hard to endure.  my load wasn't getting any lighter.  i also started taking home all the trash i accumulated in the past 12 months.  my life was chaotic. best friend picked me up from the office thursday night.  we didn't know where to go for dinner so i suggested banchetto at pioneer. naks!   sarap talaga mag dinner rito he loved it!  there were sooo many food choices.  and, we ran into jorene, our former class president in college.  kakaloka! with jorene i was really excited for friday videoke night! my former colleagues and i cleverly planned this weeks ago.  we had a BLAST.  it was AMAAAAAZING.  well, there was that short time where i had to enter the room by myself and wait out on the others, but i will let that slide for now hahahaha. pero grabeh, no joke.  we truly had a great time.  ibang level talaga ang nagagawa ng mic stand hahaha!  (pics grabbed from enteng's f...

week 11 was probably the shortest work week for me so far.  but just because it was short (i only went to work for 3 days), it doesn't necessarily mean i had it easy.   as mentioned before, my project is in system testing mode.  from a BA's point of view (assuming you also play the role of the QA), this is the worst phase ever.  thankfully, i am not yet suicidal.  but i am really really REALLY stressed.  not just because of the work load.  it's more of the anticipation of what's to come in the next few weeks.  i've seen this scenario before.  from my experience, with the kind of output the team is producing versus the timeline...we are definitely in a shitty place.  i was on SL tuesday because my molar band ring flew out of my mouth and had to be cemented back by the orthodontist.  it only took her about an hour or so to get everything back in.  but i opted to stay at home for the rest of the day because (again) of the ...
