In Between

stress level at work (0-10):  12 too much was going on.  i am sooooooo tired!  buti na lang malapit na ang katapusan.  i started writing all my tasks in post-its and sticking them on the table so i wouldn't forget anything. konti pa lang yan pero wag pagusapan ang work.  dapat happy moments lang! i met with old colleagues monday night because dadi glenn is here for a week!  yehey!  he treated us to a very delicous north park dinner and starbucks coffee. my therapy every morning is good coffee.  for week 10, country style was the favorite. coffee with bagel masarap siya.  at mas mura pa!  Php40 lang recently, i decided to forego with overtime so i can get home early to have dinner with my family.  this proved to be a very good idea because it allowed me to bond with my parents (my sister apparently, rarely comes home for dinner) and save money at the same time.  as usual, i was pretty forgetful with the camera but i took  a shot of our meal last tuesday night: arroz ala cubana (tama ba spelling?) i couldn't remember much about what happened for week 10.  it was normal, like any other week where UAT System Testing is involved in an I.T. project:  hectic.  repeatedly testing on same functionalities.  revising test scripts.  answering questions.  answering emails.  logging incidents.  meetings over and over and over again you would want to scratch your...

and week 7 just flew by.  mwehehehe. it wasn't very exciting, i pretty much wanted the whole week to end because my old teammates and i scheduled a resort/spa weekend extravaganza.  it was enough reason for me to just fast forward my brain to friday. oh but i was able to catch a bit of balentayms fever at work and at home.  our HR department prepared bits of kabaduyan for hearts day.  i was one of the (lucky?) few who received this:  may ganon? el cheapo chocolates.  pero ok naman.  beggars can't be choosy. when i got home, my mom proudly showed me her heart-shaped chocolate cake given by dad. naks!  ang sweet ni dad. hmmm...what else?  i did get a chance to eat at ToastBox this week. i first saw this place in HK.
