laziness is a virtue.
i hate it when i plan things and i never get to do them. i planned on purchasing a pair of chucks from the converse sale. i planned to do some grocery shopping. i planned to get some reading done as well. and i planned to watch a couple of movies. though i was able to see paper heart, i couldn't, for the love of everything that is good and pure, write a review. this is really frustrating.
i am such a lazy cat.
i blame the weather. the long overdue "ber" chill finally arrived about 2 weeks ago. it is now soooo much harder to get up and go to work (or basically do anything else), assuming that's even possible.
i bought a few holiday gifts for myself last week. just some random little things. essentials like jeans and undergarments and a couple of cute tops. i am not much of a shopper. i finally realized that as a fact. i do not have the patience for it i suppose. or maybe because i hate shopping on a budget. it's always so much easier if you can just take clothes off a rack and try them on without looking at the fucking price tag. you will go to the cashier, guilt-free as you are not bound by a budget or in my case, a credit limit.
ahhh, consumerism at its finest.
tomorrow i have an appointment with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for my passport renewal. i heard there are a lot of swindlers outside the DFA building so this may be an interesting experience. i will bring my camera.
